Christina Ladd, Ph.D., LMHC, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at NSU’s College of Psychology, where she teaches master’s level Clinical Mental Health Counseling courses. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and qualified clinical supervisor in the state of Florida. Her academic interests focus on instruction, supervision, and the practical application of theoretical concepts. Dr. Ladd’s research interests include the dynamic relationship between mind, body, and spirit; well-being; stress management; and developing resilience.
